Véronique Oomen is the founder of Oomen Consulting LLC. A native of the Netherlands, she completed her MSc at the University of Technology in Delft and her MBA at the NIMBAS-Bradford School of Management. For almost 20 years she worked at DuPont in numerous management roles in three different countries, earning her Six Sigma Black Belt as well as multiple other certifications along the way. In 2015 she decided to make the transition into the nonprofit world. Through volunteering at multiple nonprofit organizations Véronique found that her experience in process improvement and structured problem solving methods could offer great benefits to practically all nonprofits.
Most recently Véronique has focused on mainly two services: strategic planning and outcome measurement. Her involvement has been primarily with environmental and social services organizations, including The Rainforest Alliance, NOFA-NJ, NJ Audubon and the Trenton Circus Squad. She continues to be involved in helping several organizations pro-bono and currently serves on the board of the Sourland Conservancy and the Carnegie Lake Rowing Association.
